Abstract

The rapid transformation of social and technological environments has created challenges in maintaining the internalization of Pancasila values among younger generations, particularly university students. In this context, student organizations serve as strategic arenas for ideological formation, value transmission, and the practical articulation of Pancasila in social and organizational life. This study aims to analyze the process of Pancasila value internalization, the role of Pancasila within the student movement, and its implementation in the activities of Pimpinan Cabang Kesatuan Mahasiswa Hindu Dharma Indonesia Denpasar (PC KMHDI Denpasar). This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a naturalistic design. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The findings reveal that the internalization of Pancasila within PC KMHDI Denpasar is a continuous process shaped by cadre education, organizational ideology, vision and mission, collective narratives, and programmatic activities. The study also shows that Pancasila is not merely a formal national ideology but is interpreted as a practical ethical framework, reflected in organizational practices that emphasize religious values, humanity, unity, deliberative democracy, and social justice. These findings demonstrate that student organizations can become important institutional spaces for transforming Pancasila from an abstract normative foundation into lived values through organizational culture, leadership development, and collective action. This study contributes to Pancasila studies by highlighting the role of student movements as agents of ideological reproduction and civic character formation in strengthening the sustainability of Pancasila values among younger generations.
